About Donna

Donna Bratton-Kearns, MPH, JD

I am an experienced Mediator with a demonstrated history in working in Dispute Resolution and Risk Management.

For the first half of my professional career, I was devoted to the field of public health
and increasingly found myself resolving patient and provider conflicts. This drew my interests toward law school and ultimately the mediation arena.

My background in health care settings as well as court-based mediation gives me a broad perspective on human behavior and interaction. Working in both fields, versus purely in law, gives me the neutrality and objectivity needed to be an effective Mediator.

My mediation services are contract based, and serve South Orange County.
